Jennifer Aniston is an American actress, producer, and businesswoman, born on February 11, 1969, in Sherman Oaks, California. Her father, John Aniston, is a Greek-American actor, and her mother, Nancy Dow, was an actress.
Aniston grew up in a family of actors and was exposed to the entertainment industry from a young age. Aniston attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City, where she began acting.
She then enrolled in the drama program at New York City’s School of Performing Arts at age 15. After graduating, she moved to Hollywood to pursue a career in acting. Aniston’s breakthrough came in 1994 when she was cast as Rachel Green in the popular television series “Friends.” The show ran for ten seasons and made Aniston a household name.
