Trish Stratus is a massive name in the wrestling world. She is a Canadian fitness master, fitness model, professional wrestler, actress, and television personality. Born as Patricia Anne Stratigeas, Trish began her career as a fitness model. She quickly got hired into a wrestling entertainment organization known as World Wrestling Federation (WWF),later renamed World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
In her WWE career, she was involved in various sexually provocative storylines. Her storylines included things like managing the team T & A (Test & Albert, while doubling as a slang expression abbreviated from “Tits and Ass”), and a kayfabe affair with Vince McMahon’s Mr. McMahon character.
Her popularity in the audience increased day by day and led to her being made a one-time WWE Hardcore Champion, three-time “WWE Babe of the Year” and was proclaimed “Diva of the Decade.” In 2006 after winning her record-setting seventh WWE Women’s Championship, she retired from Wrestling on a full-time basis.
She continued to make sporadic appearances in the franchise. In 2013 she was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. She returned in the 2018 Women’s Royal Rumble, and later competed in the all-female Evolution event in October of that year. Her last match was with Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam 2019.
Besides being a wrestler, she is also a model who has appeared in various magazines and is heavily involved in charity work. She has hosted numerous television and reality shows and also owns a Yoga Studio.
In 2006 Trish married her high school sweetheart and boyfriend of fourteen years, Ron Fisico. They have two children.
